Are the dues and restrictions optional or mandatory: Restrictions are mandatory as they run with the land. The Dues are voluntary and highly encouraged.
Management Company: We are a self-managed HOA run by volunteers.
Are there any transfer or administrative fees? No.
What do the dues cover? Common area maintenance at the entrance, utilities at the entrance, neighborhood events.

Pumpkin Carving Contest
It's our first annual pumpkin carving contest. Bring your pumpkins to 1019 Gretna Green Dr by 8pm on Oct 30 to be judged by fellow residents on Halloween night.
