Are the dues and restrictions optional or mandatory: Restrictions are mandatory as they run with the land. The Dues are voluntary and highly encouraged.
Management Company: We are a self-managed HOA run by volunteers.
Are there any transfer or administrative fees? No.
What do the dues cover? Common area maintenance at the entrance, utilities at the entrance, neighborhood events.
