The McDowell Meadows is a 255 home subdivision, located in Charlotte’s Steele Creek neighborhood in Southwest Charlotte. Established in 1990, the mission of the McDowell Meadows Homeowners Association is to maintain a high quality of living for our residents, improve property values, and form community among neighbors.
